CHCF – Complete health club facility
A unique package where in you can meet all your fitness requirements, you can avail your free guest pass online or collect it from our center , workout planning will be done by our fitness expert and you will be assisted in doing the exercises by our fitness trainers, you can also attend various group classes free of cost, take your trial pass and our trainers will help you have a good workout session.

Group Fitness Training: BOXING CLASSES
TIMING: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.11-12pm, 4-5pm, 7.30-8.30pm.
The boxing workout improves every type of physical capacity: strength, power, coordination, aerobic fitness, anaerobic fitness and endurance. Exercises that are emphasized include, heavy bag, speed-ball spring-ball and medicine-ball work, skipping, running, weight-training (calisthenics mainly) and wind-sprints.

Today’s kids are inactive, passive , lack of physical activity , junk food and bad eating patter has created a unhealthy , unfit generation , as part of spreading fitness and health we have started with zids session, its fun at the same time.
Steam room and hot/cold shower
